Indoors

The spacious, light and sunny open plan living area has two coffee tables and two new large sofas to seat six people. The digital satellite system for the television receives a large variety of channels in many different languages as well as connecting to an Android Internet TV Box. The living area has patio doors which open onto the veranda next to the swimming pool. 

The master bedroom suite has a king sized fully sprung orthopaedic bed as well as a dressing table and mirror. It has an en suite bathroom with a shower, vanity basin, mirror, dresser; as well as storage cupboards. There is ample floor to ceiling wardrobe space. There is a travel cot and children's toys in the wardrobe.

The second bedroom has twin beds. The decor is more towards this being a children's bedroom. A floor standing fan will always ensure your children are cool enough at night.

Bedroom three has its own balcony with sea views and a table with two chairs for sitting out on summer evenings. All three bedrooms have fully fitted built in wardrobes,  mirrors and their own air conditioning units.

Villa Diana has two large solar panels on the roof which boost the 200 litre hot water supply very effectively due to the amount of sunlight in Cyprus! Therefore, there is always a plentiful supply of hot water to supply the two showers, bath, kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. If lots of people are showering in succession there is an electric immersion heater to boost the tank, but this is hardly ever needed, even in winter. 

Outdoors

Leading from the living room is a veranda with table and two chairs. Part of this veranda can be closed off with a special gate and fence to make a safe play area for children near to you while you sunbathe next to the pool. Six sun loungers on the main patio allow you to unwind and relax within the private garden, ensuring you go home with that all important tan. However, in the heat of the day there is plenty of space to sit or lie in the shade of the large sun umbrella. The crystal clear waters of the swimming pool are very inviting during the hot summer months.

The open plan kitchen and bar area is very versatile. This well equipped kitchen has got everything you need to prepare full meals. A table top water cooler means there is no purchasing of water necessary.  Villa Diana also has a fantastic sunny back patio which is surrounded by tropical plants and is ideal for eating outside. It is next to the kitchen door making it easy to serve food. Great for sunny breakfasts, afternoon teas and dining on those hot summer nights; as it has outside lighting along the perimeter walls. 

The location of Villa Diana at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac ensures an excellent level of privacy for you to enjoy the outdoor space. There is also a new gas barbecue and a second charcoal barbecue.

The swimming pool has a multi-coloured LED pool light which has a timer and should come on automatically in the evening until about midnight. As the pool is private there is no lifeguard, therefore children should never be left playing in the pool unsupervised. There is a pool safety fence which is easily removed if not needed.
