Indoors

The spacious, light and sunny open plan living area has coffee tables and two leather sofas to seat six. The larger one converts to a fully sprung double sofa bed. The digital satellite system for the television receives a large variety of channels in many different languages and also connects to an Android Internet TV Box. The living area has a triple patio door which opens onto the veranda. The dining area double patio door opens out to the pool.

The master bedroom suite has a king sized fully sprung orthopaedic bed and a sunny balcony with views of the ocean. It has an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower, vanity basin, mirror, dresser; as well as large storage cupboards.

The sunny second bedroom has twin beds which can be linked at the bases to create a super kingsized double bed if required. Please specify this during the booking so that the appropriate changes to the bedding and beds can be arranged. This second bedroom has an en suite shower room, with basin, toilet, mirror and large shower cubicle. Both bedrooms have fully fitted built in wardrobes, dressing tables, mirrors and their own air conditioning units.

Villa Helena has two large solar panels on the roof which boosts the 200 litre hot water supply very effectively due to the amount of sunlight in Cyprus! Therefore, there is always a plentiful supply of hot water to supply the two showers, bath, kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. If lots of people are showering in succession there is an electric immersion heater to boost the tank, but this is hardly ever needed, even in winter. There is a third toilet and basin downstairs.

Outdoors

Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace complete with outdoor lounge furniture. The back terrace, accessed from the dining area has four sun loungers to help you unwind and relax within the private garden, ensuring you go home with that all important tan. However for the heat of the day there is a large sun umbrella. The outstanding feature of the garden is the beautiful, swimming pool, which is very inviting during the hot summer months.

Villa Helena's fantastic sunny back patio is bordered by beautiful tropical plants and is ideal for eating outside. It is next to the kitchen window making it easy to serve food. Great for sunny breakfasts and dining on those hot summer nights; as it has outside spotlights. The open plan kitchen is very versatile. This well equipped kitchen has got everything you need to prepare full meals and a floor standing water cooler makes life easy!

The location of Villa Helena in a quiet cul-de-sac ensures an excellent level of privacy for you to enjoy the outdoor space. There is also a gas barbecue. For the children there is a playhouse and outdoor toys, pool toys and an outdoor green play mat for comfort when playing on the patio.

The swimming pool has a bright pool light which has a timer and should come on automatically in the evening until about midnight. As the pool is private there is no lifeguard, therefore children should never be left playing in the pool unsupervised. There is a pool safety fence which is easily removed if not needed.
